DC-I6212WRX | How to unlock a door via a intercom call

Environment:
DR Series v9.2.0
DC-I6212WRX v1.2.0
IDIS Center v7.0.1
The door strike must be powered externally.

Resolution:

1. Verify the wiring is as follows.
   
    
2. Register the intercom to the NVR.
3. Click Setup > Event > IDLA > Setup > click the + icon
   
    
4. For the event, select Intercom, and for the channel select whatever channel was assigned at Step 2. 
   
    
5. Click OK > Apply > OK.
6. Configure IDIS Center to pop up a notification when an intercom call is received: Summary on how to receive intercom calls from a DC-I6212WRX
7. Push the intercom button, a pop up will appear. Press and hold the unlock button to unlock the door.
