DR-Series | How to trigger camera alarm out

Envoirment:

• DR-Series v9.x.x
• DC-D4000/D6000 Series (DirectIP protocol)
• DC-T4000/T6000 Series (DirectIP protocol)

Procedure:

1. Log in to the NVR using an admin account.
2. Click Setup > DEVICE > Setup > click the 3 dots in the "Source" field. 
   
3. Select the camera that will trigger the output. Click "Ok" and "Apply" to save. 
   
4. Click "Schedule menu," then click the "Plus" to add a schedule. 
   
5. Click the "Channel" field and confirm that the required "1. AO 1" is enabled.
   
6. Click on the "Event" menu> IDLA>Setup, then the "Plus" icon. shown in the picture below.
   
7. Select your "Event" (Object Detection, Intrusion, Loitering, Line Crossing, Face Detection), then select "Channel". Click "Ok"to save. Note: If no channel is available, confirm if the camera supports analytics and was added as DirectIP. 
   
8. Click the camera in the "Settings" field. picture below 
   
9. Click on the camera in the "Settings" Menu, then click on "Line Setup."
   
10. Click on the screen and drag downward with your mouse to add a line. Then click "OK" to "Save."
    Note: You can change the object and direction of the trigger if needed. 
    
11. Click "Ok" again to save.
12. Click on the "Actions" menu 
    
13. Click on the "Alarm-Out" Check  AO 1 
    
14. Click "Ok" to save.
    
15. Click "Apply" to save and exit the menu.
