With the recent updates, a privacy option is disabled by default. Anyone who uses a program such as TeamViewer or AnyDesk will not see live video through the remote session.
Resolution:
- Go to the local PC or have someone on-site do the following.
- Launch IDIS Center and log in.
Note: If the screen is black, press Ctrl+Shift+D, and the IDIS Center Setup menu will appear. - Click System > IDIS Center Setup > System
- Uncheck Exclude from Window screen capture. Click Apply > OK.
- Press Alt+F4 to relaunch the software and verify over the remote session again.
