IDIS Center | How to enable sound for Intercom Popup

Environment:

• DC-I6212WRX 
• IDIS Center client

Procedure:

1. On IDIS Center, click on System>IDIS Center Setup>Instant Event
   
2. In the Event Sound list, enable "Intercom Call Requested" then "Apply"
   Note: Click on the "dots" to select another WAV sound. 
   
3. Done.
