Information requested:
- Provide Rise camera information.
- Log in to the camera web UI
- Click on System> Information>
- Log file when the issue is present
- Log in to the camera web UI.
- Click on System>Camera Diagnostics> Log, then click Download files.
- Screenshot of the support Network tab.
- Log in to the camera web UI.
- Click on System> Support>Network Tab
- Backup file
- Log in to the camera web UI.
- Click on System>Service>Backup config
- VMS model and version
- Wireshark capture from the VMS(devices requesting stream)
1. Capture a camera with the issue present.(3 min capture)
2. Capture a camera with no issues present. (3 min capture)
