Environment:
- DR-Series
- CRxx2XDI Series
- IDIS Center Client
Procedure:
- Click on System>IDIS Center Setup>Device or Ctrl+Shift+D.
- Right-click on the Device and Select "Soft Reset"
- Press "Ok" to confirm.
- Click on the "OK" Succeed prompt.
A "connection time out" will be seen when the device is rebooting.
