Procedure:
- Make all connections to the camera. (Mic/Speaker)
Note: Refer to the AOP-SP-Cx manufacturer's manual for installation. - Log in to the camera setup menu by using the "Remote setup" in the IDIS Discovery software
Note: You will be prompted to create a password if none have been created. - In the camera setup menu, click on "Event Action."
- Click the "Audio Alarm" menu and enable "Audio Alarm" by putting a check mark.
- Click the "Add" and select your wav or mp3 file, then click on "Open" to import into the camera.
- In the camera menu, choose between Event and IDLA, which type of Event action that will trigger the audio alarm.
- For example, we will set up IDLA>Line crossing" to trigger an audio alarm.
- Click on "Setup" to create "Line 1" (Direction/Object/Crossing position settings). Press "OK" to save.
- The camera setup and configuration should be complete. To test the audio alarm, have somebody walk across the line.
Note: To increase or decrease volume, you can make adjustments in the camera setup page.
