Explanation:
IDIS products allow up to 10 sessions, and when an NVR is registered to a single server, it typically uses 2 to 4 sessions (e.g., for Admin, Watch, Search, etc.).
Therefore, 10 sessions do not mean that 10 separate client connections can be made simultaneously.
Each of the following remote actions can consume the NVR session.
1. Live monitoring
2. Video Playback
3. DirectNDC connection
4. Device real-time monitoring
**If you register the NVR to the IDIS center or ISS client, this option will consume an NVR session to receive events when there are no cameras on the Live tab.
**You can turn this option off to save an NVR remote session, but you need to watch at least a single camera to receive events from the NVR.

To make 10 clients to connect at the same time. You need to turn off the Device real-time monitoring option for the NVR from every IDIS center for your team.
