Solution:
1) Upgrade the Intercom firmware
Please upgrade the DC-I6212WRX Intercom unit to v1.2.2 or higher.
2) Check Windows Microphone Privacy Settings
Although the popup message may differ, please verify that microphone access is properly enabled on the IDIS Center PC.
If audio or microphone permissions are not configured correctly on the PC, warning messages may appear when using the intercom function. Please navigate to: Windows Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone and ensure microphone access is enabled for the application.
3) Verify Camera Call Settings
For every intercom camera, please confirm that Call Type: VMS is enabled.
4) Check NVR Event Configuration
Please verify that the relevant intercom event settings are properly configured on the NVR. For additional details, please refer to the attached guide, pages 15–17.
5) Verify IDIS Center Configuration
Please also confirm that the intercom settings are correctly assigned within IDIS Center as shown below.
