IDIS Center | How to update firmware on DR-Series

Environment:

• IDIS Center 
• DR-Series 
• Devices (Direct IP protocol)

Procedure:

1. Click on "System>IDIS Center Setup> Device" or (Ctrl+Shift+D)
   
2. Right-click on the Devices that will be updated 
   
3. Select "Firmware Upgrade" from the drop-down menu.
   
4. Select the firmware that will be applied to the devices, then click "Open."
   
5. If you agree with the prompt that appears when the firmware is applied, process by clicking "OK."
   
6. The upgrade progress bar will display.
   

7. Once the status shows "Successfully Upgraded", click on "Close," then allow the device to go through its reboot process.
