IDIS Center | How to reboot DirectIP IDIS devices

Environment:

• IDIS Center (Remote setup/ DirectNDC)
• DR-Series (Mouse and keyboard connected)
• IDIS Direct IP protocol IP cameras

Steps:

1. Right-click the device and select Remote Setup or DirectNDC.
   
2. Click on Setup>Camera> Advanced setup, find the camera in question, and select "Soft Reset" to reboot the camera. 
   Note: The DirectIP protocol, you have the option:
   *POE Reset
   *Soft Reset 
   *Factory Reset
