IDIS Fisheye | How to de-warp within Milestone VMS

Environment:

• Milestone v2025 R3

• DC-Y8D11WRA v1.0.0

  Note: Registered Panomorph Lenses (RPL) number is 'c9vvt'

Procedure:

1. Launch Milestone XProtect Management Client.
2. In the Site Navigation panel, navigate to Servers -> Recording Servers.

3. In the Recording Server panel, navigate to the fisheye Properties -> PTZ tab. Unchecked 'Enable PTZ' check-box.

   

4. In the Recording Server panel, navigate to fisheye Properties -> Fisheye Lens tab.
5. Checked the check-box 'Enable fisheye lens support'.
6. Set 'Lens type' to 'ImmerVision Enables panomorph'.

7. Select the fisheye appropriate Registered Panomorph Lenses (RPL) number.

   

Milestone XProtect Smart Client:

1. Once fisheye de-warp is enabled, launch Milestone XProtect Smart Client.

2. While viewing the fisheye live video, zoomed in to triggered 360° de-warp capability. User can now do 360° PTZ within the de-warp view.
