Procedure:
- Click on Setup>Network>FEN menu
- Click the "Check" button to view the FEN registration and connection status under the 'FEN status' section.
Note: If the device is not registered with the FEN server, users should refer to the message displayed
in the 'FEN status' window to identify the problem's cause and take appropriate action. - Click System>Self-Diagnosis menu
- Click the "Plus (+)" symbol to generate a report.
- Click on the Report under the "View a Report" column.
- Click page menu and Select Network(3)-FEN
- Provide the Error code list in the "FEN Status" to our support@idisamericas.com
