Environment:
- DR-1000
- DR-2000
- DR-6500
- DR-8500
Purpose:
When there is a problem with the NVR system, generate reports for troubleshooting.
Proceduce
- Go to the "Setup" icon on the front panel console.
- Click "System>Self-Diagnosis", then the Plus (+) to generate a report.
- Click "Yes" to generate a report.
- Click on the "View a Report" field
- Click on the "Page" field to review the errors showing a Yellow triangle with an exclamation.
- Click "Device Health Status" to review the error.
- Camera 2 is in Yellow, showing video lost.
- Click on the "Page" field, then click on the "Camera Status."
- Camera 2 shows "Bad"(0/3), 3 ping sent, 0 received.
- The next step will be to check the network connection and the power to camera 2.
