- Download IDIS Discovery from here: https://idisamericas.com/en/product/3055
- Unzip and run the program.
- Click Lookup > Look Up Devices (LAN).
- By default, when you right click a camera and select Remote Setup, the Password Initialization window will appear. Click Cancel on this window.
- Click Multiselection, select the required cameras, click Reset then Password Initialization.
- On the Password Initialization window:
- Enter the password you want to set.
- Provide an email for password recovery. If no email is provided, you will need to physically reset the camera with the button in the future.
- Click Apply all.
- Click OK.
- Click OK when it is completed.
- When you right click a camera and select Remote Setup, you will now be taken to the camera interface.
