From the physical recorder:
- Insert a USB formatted with FAT32 into the recorder.
- Log in with an admin account.
- Click System > General > Troubleshooting Reporting.
- Click the + icon, then click Yes.
- Wait for it to complete then put a checkmark next to it then click Export.
- Save the file to the USB and send it to technical support.
From the client software:
- Log in with an admin account.
- Click System > New Tab > Self - Diagnosis.
- Drag and drop the recorder into the main window.
- Towards the bottom right under Troubleshooting Reports, click the + icon, then click Yes.
- Wait for it to complete then click Export.
- Save the file to the computer and then send it to technical support.
