IDIS Center: Installation

  • Download IDIS Center v6.7.0 for I-Mobile System (at the time of this writing) by clicking HERE.
  • Download WebView2 runtime by clicking HERE.
  • An Administrator account is required.
  • Prior to installing the software, click on to the Windows Start menu, open Control Panel, click on Power Management, and set options for Turn off monitor and Turn off hard disks as Never.
  1. Unzip the file then launch setup.exe. On Microsoft® Windows® Vista or later, User Account Control may appear. Click Allow if prompted.

  2. Select a language, click OK.

  3. Click Next.

  4. Accept the license agreement and click Next.

  5. Modify the installation path if needed, click Next.

  6. Click Next to begin the installation.

  7. .NET Framework and Visual C++ Runtime Libraries will be downloaded and installed automatically. The duration here will vary. If NET Framework and Visual C++ Runtime Libraries are already installed on the system, this step will be skipped automatically.

  8. Click Close.

  9. If prompted, click Update or OK on this window.

  10. Click Password Setup.

  11. Enter a password meeting the below requirements then click OK. This password is only used to launch the IDIS Center software on the PC. This password is not the same as the recorder password.
