I-Mobile Recorder will not power on

Issue:

The I-Mobile recorder has power applied to the unit, but the unit will not turn on with the key turned to the "ON" position.

Resolution:

The I-Mobile recorder monitors the input voltages and will not power on if there is a difference of more than 2.5 Volts between the Battery power and the Accessory power.

1. Take a voltage meter and measure between the Ground and Battery pins.

2. Next, measure the voltage between the Ground and Accessory pins.

3. Compare the readings and verify that there is less than a 2.5 Volt difference.  If the difference is more than 2.5 volts, disconnect the power to the recorder until the power issue has been resolved.
