Environment:
- CVI5000 (LCD monitor)
- Monitor (Port 1 HDMI)
Procedure:
Follow the Article linked to 1st time set up the CVI5000 Rise | Add to CVI5000 Keyboard
- Confirm all connections have been made.
- Open a web browser and type in the IP address of the CVI5000.
- CVI5000 login will appear ( Default username: admin password: 12345)
- Click on the "Decoder Management" Menu.
- Click on the "Output Port" sub-menu, then select your "Window Mode" display from the drop-down list. Note: Once selected you should see Port 1 output change to selected displayed.
- Click on "Decoder Set" and Confirm the Window number.
Note: Windows-10x will display Port 1 output. | Windows -201 will display on the LCD. - Click the "Camera" Menu then click on the "Camera List" sub-menu to confirm Logical No.
Note: The Logic number is unsigned to the camera number that will be used to display the camera. - Log into the keyboard as user: 1 Password: ( enter new password that was created)
- Press "0" then "Mode" on the keyboard to switch the current mode to the active decoding mode as shown below.
- Display camera on LCD: Press 1 CAM. Image below
- Display Cameras on Port 1 (Monitor): Press the "101" "Win" key then 1 Cam. Notice Cur WIN=101 changes on the Keyboard. Image below:
- Cam 1 will display W101 on the Port 1 Monitor as seen below:
- Example: To Switch the camera on any windows Press 101,102,103 "WIN "etc.. press the camera # then "Cam". To Switch the camera on the LCD monitor. Press 201 "WIN" Then the camera # CAM key.
