CostarHD camera is creating a new jpg stream to display the video and the established profiles with H.264 streams do not play

Issue:
When connecting to a camera using Internet Explorer on Windows 10 the camera is creating a new jpg stream to display the video and the established profiles with H.264 streams do not play. The new Rise cameras will play in Microsoft Edge, but not the older ones.

Resolution:
On our older Generation 1 camera, the camera will automatically create a jpg stream if you connect to the camera with an HTML5 browser such as Edge or Chrome. If you are using Internet Explorer to connect to an older camera you would need to install the ActiveX control that should pop up and notify you when first connecting.
