Rise2: No PTZ control with Treehaven Joystick

Issue:

No PTZ control from TreeHaven Joystick 

Equipment:

• Rise2 Series (4261-1100-0000-02) 
• TreeHaven (RVS3000E) 

Resolution:

1. Log into the Rise2 web page and navigate to IP Protocol>Port Setting 
2. Enable Cohu T Port which is default at 1237.
   Note: Port is only enabled when this legacy protocol is turned ON.
   
3. Confirm on the Joystick setting, port 1237 is also used.
