Digifort Rise 2 Integration - PTZ Issue Failure

Issue: Rise 2 fails to PTZ when added to Digifort System

Resolution Steps:

1. Update camera to v1.61.7766+ Release 

2. Delete camera from Digifort System

3. Re-add CostaHD camera to Digifort System using the Onvif Driver

4. Validate PTZ control from the Client for Verification
