Rise1 | A Black video is display on Avigilon VMS

Problem:

• A black screen is displayed when a Rise1 is added to an Avigilon system.

Issue: 

• Codec H.264 and Main is not supported.

Enviorment: 

• Avigilon vms 
• Rise 1 

Solution:

1. Log into the camera web page
2. Select the Media menu from the "Setup" Tab
   
3. Select the "Stream Setting" sub-menu
   
4. Select the stream used and change the codec to "H264 baseline" and Save.
