Limited bandwidth links are unable to access video from the web page.

Issue:

Customer networks that have limited bandwidth will not be able to access the video from the web page of the camera.

Resolution:

Rise I Series:

http://<ipaddr>/?AutoPlay=false

1. Type in the cmd in the address bar 
2. Log into the camera web page and no video will be streaming.
3. If the video needs to be seen press the play button to start the video.
   

Rise II Series:

1. At the login page, uncheck the "Automatically Start Video" option.
2. Log into the camera web page and no video will be streaming.
3. If the video needs to be seen press the play button to start the video.
   
   

Note: (IE) will show the RTP/UDP | RTSP/TCP | HTTP  | Multicast option and Google will not.
