Issue:
The camera is trying to sync to an NTP service and failing to communicate with it. The camera will show a blank white screen for approximately 6.5 minutes then the login screen will appear.
Environment:
RISE 2 v1.61.7766 or lower
RISE 3 v2.10 or lower
Resolution:
Option 1:
Login to the camera then go to Date & Time and sync the camera to an NTP server. Once settings are saved and the camera rebooted, the login page will appear within the first minute or two.
Option 2:
Login to the camera then go to Date & Time and sync the camera to the local PC. You will need to enable the OSD date and time stamp for verification.
