Information needed to RMA a 7412007-003 PoE++ injector

Issue:

The PoE++ injector (Model: 7412007-003) has failed. The camera will not power up. Replacing the injector with a spare resolves the issue.

Note: PoE++ injectors have a 2-year warranty. See CostarHD Limited Warranty terms
Note: Extended warranty will grant another 2 years only.

Resolution:

1. Contact technical support and provide the below information.
   • Serial number of the POE++ injector OR
   • Copy of the PO used to purchase the PoE++ injector
