Helios | Add Logo to OSD

Environment

• 3960SD
• 3960HD

Procedure:

1. Log on to the web page of the camera
2. Click on the "Camera setup"
3. Click on the "Configuration"
4. Click on the "OSD"  
   
5. Check the button to enable or disable the OSD display.
6. Check the button to display the logo at the right top corner of the image. Uncheck the button to display the logo at the right bottom corner of the image.
7. Check the box for Logo 1 or 2 to load a logo.
8. Browse to find the file.
9. Click the Load button.
   

Note:

• Logo 1: Applies to Stream 1

• Logo 2: Applies to Stream 2
• The logo is displayed on the right side of the image
• If Large fonts are used then, A logo cannot be displayed on the image. Standard font only.

File Limitations:

• The color depth for both HD/SD needs to be 24-bit
• HD: 96 x 96 pixels in size; .bmp format; required to be at the 32-pixel boundary for both length and width.
• SD: 96 x 64 pixels in size.
  • The Helios SD cameras need dimensions in 32-pixel increments. For the SD the max. is 96x64 pixels. So in 32-pixel increments, you should have 4 options:
    32x32
    32x64
    64x32
    64x64
    96x64
