RISE: Night time image setting recommendations

Issue:

The customer stated that the nighttime image quality needs to be optimized.

Environment:

• RISE 2 v1.61.7766+ (no patch needed) 
• RISE 3 v2.0.1835 and higher (Requires attached GainColorAdjustment Patch v10.0) 

Resolution:

1. Log in to the camera web page.
2. Go to Image > Exposure Settings and apply the below setting.
   • Digital Slow Shutter Limit suggestions = 1/30(For scenes with higher background lighting) 1/8(For scenes with lower background lighting)
     
     
     
     
3. Max Gain Settings suggestions:
   1/30 -> 28-32
   1/15 -> 25-28
   1//8 -> 22-26
4. Go to Image > Advanced Settings and apply the below settings.
   
   • Noise Reduction = ON
   • 2D Noise Reduction = 5
   • 3D Noise Reduction = 1
   • Light Core = On (only on RISE 2)
   • Flicker Reduction = On (only on RISE 2)
