FAQ: Where to download the Starnet Pro application?

Issue:

I just purchased Starnet Pro and need to know where to download the software.

Pre-Requisite:

• PC
• Starnet Pro License Key
• Virtual PC to load the Server
• Internet Connection to download software

Resolution:

1. Please click on the link to take you to the download page of Starnet Pro.

2. Fill in the information and click Submit.
   
3. Click on Download for Server on the right side. Note: You only need to download the Server File for new installs.  The Server does include the Client install as well.  
   

Starnet Pro will start to download.  When the download is done you will be ready to install the software.  Please feel free to put the files on a USB thumb drive or a shared network drive for ease of installations on more than one PC.
