FAQ: CDI2528R the image is too bright.

Issue:

Installing this camera in an ATM enclosure and the camera is facing outside.  During the day the image is so bright that you cannot make out any details in the image.  It is bright white. 

Solution:

These cameras are programmed by default for indoor use.  To correct this matter you will need to turn off Anti-Flicker in the camera's exposure settings.  You can make this change through the XDI recorder.  

1. On the XDI recorder right-click and select Setup.
2. Click on the Camera icon.
   
3. Select Advanced Setup.
   
4. Click on the "..." in the Video Column.
   
5. The top drop-down box select Exposure.
   
6. Turn Anti-Flicker Off.
   
7. Click Apply.
