FAQ: CDT2S12xxx Camera not powering right out of the box

Issue:

Just received a new CDT2S12xxx camera and it is not powering up.

Solution:

• Double-check that you are using the correct voltage.  12VDC or 24VAC.
• Make sure the polarities are correct.
• Check inside the camera and make sure the power connector inside is connected.
  

  Remove the 4 screws to take the gimbal and camera module out:

  
  Verify both plugs are pushed in.
