FAQ: XDH Mouse and Front Panel Not Working.

Issue:

The front panel and mouse do nothing on the recorder.  The cursor of the mouse never shows up. 

Resolution:

Check to see which video out port the monitor is connected to.  If the monitor is connected to the Secondary or Spot.  Then you will not see any of the menu controls or the mouse cursor.  The solution is to move the monitor to one of the Primary Video-Out ports.
