Direct Net camera not adding to INEX server

Problem:

Direct Net camera not adding to INEX server but video can be seen from the web interface.

Recommendations:

•  Verify that the camera codec is set to H.264. Visit camera web interface > stream settings.
  
  
• Verify that the NTP source is the same for both the camera and iNEX server.
