Issue:
Added cameras to the CMIPVM and they are displaying No Video. The cameras work great at the recorder.
Example: As you see camera 3 is not displaying on the CMIPVM.

Solution:
Make sure the CMIPVM and the Cameras are on the same logical network. By default the CMIPVM's network is set to Link-Local. If you had to add the camera via Third-Party scan. there is a chance that you will need to change the CMIPVM IP address to be in the same network as the cameras.
- Right-click on one of the cameras that is experiencing this issue and select Information. Click OK when done.
- Go to the CMIPVM and plug a USB mouse into a USB port on the back.
- Move the mouse cursor to the right and select Setup.
- Login to the CMIPVM.
- Navigate to Camera.
- Click on the Video In IP Setup box.
- Change the Type to Manual and give it an IP address that is on the same logical network as the camera but not being used by any other device and then click OK.
Note: Please do not use the information in the screenshot. This information should be unique.
Note: If your cameras are in the 10.10.254.x range, I would recommend using IP address 10.10.254.253 here.
- Click OK at the bottom of the Camera Menu and then click anywhere not on an icon. You should now see the camera that was not displaying before.
