FAQ: How to Authenticate a Starnet Pro License Online.

Issue:

• Installed the Starnet Pro before I had my key. 
• Added more devices to the Starnet Pro Key
• Upgraded from the Demo license

Requirements:

• The Starnet Pro server is connected to the internet.

Resolution:

1. Click the Start button and locate the Costar Starnet Pro folder. Expand the Costar Starnet Pro folder and select License Tool.
   
2. Click Authenticate at the bottom right of the window.
3. Select Online and click Next.
4. Enter the product serial number and click Next.
5. Current license information is displayed after the authentication is completed.
