How to Configure 2-Way Audio on Starnet Series Recorders and/or Audio Compatible Cameras

Problem: 

• End-user wants 2-way audio controlled through Starnet

Prerequisites:

1. Starnet series recorder
2. Audio in and/or Audio out compatible camera
3. Starnet software
4. Speakers and mic on the PC
5. Amplified Speaker
6. Amplified Microphone

Solution:

1. Connect the microphone to the camera and/or recorder.
2. Connect a speaker to the camera and/or recorder.
3. Right-click on Starnet and select the option you would like to use.
   
   
   • Talk- To talk through the speaker at the Camera.
   • Listen- To listen to the microphone at the Camera
   • NVR Talk- To talk through the speaker at the NVR
   • NVR Listen- To listen to the microphone at the NVR
   • Audio Broadcast- All devices with a speaker connected to the live tab in Starnet
