Installation and Programming CDT2H22MT and CDT2H22MTO PTZ cameras

**NO CHANGES should ever be made at the PTZ dip-switch bank located on the top of
both the CDT2H22MT and CDT2H22MTO.**

For multi-dome installations, it is recommended that only one (1) PTZ be installed at a time OR
do not power up or connect data to the PTZs not being programmed. Otherwise, you will
change EVERY PTZ operating to the same DOME ID.

1. After installation, enter “100 CAM” on the PTZ controller and ensure that the PTZ responds to
motion control. If there is no control, you cannot program the unit as it is the same communication
link.

2. Once communication is confirmed, press the “PTZ MENU” button. You should see the DOME
MENU OSD on the video coming from the PTZ.

3. Using the controller joystick, go down to DOME COMMUNICATION in the DOME MENU. Once
DOME COMMUNICATION is highlighted, make a quick move RIGHT with the joystick to enter the sub-menu.

4. You will see a $ sign above the one digit currently on zero. Twist the lens ZOOM
knob of the joystick RIGHT to increase the number.

5. Go left to move the $ above the tens digit. Twist the lens ZOOM left to decrease or right to
increase the value. Typically, this value will not be above 3.

6. Move left again to the hundreds digit and change it to ZERO. In no case will this ever be other
than ZERO.

7. MAKE NO OTHER CHANGES to the selections and move to SAVE AND EXIT. Quick movement to
the right. The next screen is a confirmation screen. Ensure all selections are correct before you
highlight OK and save the changes.
