How to Provide External Power for Omni G1 & G2 Cameras

Problem

POE provisioning not available to power to models AV12175DN, AV12176DN, AV20175DN, AV12275DN, AV12276DN or AV20275DN.

Resolution

Generation One Omni External Power connection is 12-48 VDC or 24 VAC with Max 14 W

Run the supplied power cable through the access hole on the camera housing and connect to the two position connector on the main camera board. The approximate position is circled in red and shown in images below (Red Wire is Positive) 

Generation Two Omni External Power connection is 18-48 VDC or 24 VAC with Max 14 W

Run the supplied power cable through the access hole on the camera housing and connect to the four position connector on the main camera board. The approximate position is circled in red and shown in images below (AC Connection Red & Black) (DC Connection Brown is Positive Green is Negative)
