How to obtain a Problem Report from Starnet Pro

  1. Click on the Windows icon on the bottom left.

  2.  Expand the Costar Starnet Pro Folder and click Problem Reporter.

  3. The User Account Controls may open. Click "Yes". If the User Account Controls do not open, proceed to the next step.

  4. The Problem Reporter box will open up.  Set the drop-down to Highest and click Archive.

  5. The User Comments box will open.  Fill in the Time and date problem occurred, Frequency, and Enter Comments about problem boxes.

  6. Click OK at the bottom of the User Comments window. The Creating log files will appear. Let this finish.

  7. When Creating log files is done, the Save As window will open.  Select a location to save the file and click Save.

  8. The ZIP Compression window will open.  Please do not interrupt this process.

  9. When the ZIP Compression reaches 100% click Done.

  10. The Problem Report will be saved in the location where you selected.

  11. Please send the zip file to the email of the support representative that is working with you.
