AV12CPD-236 | Grey image display "This plug-in isn't supported"

Environment:  

• Internet Explorer browser 
• Plugin (ActiveX)

Issue:

The camera is being viewed on a browser that not support by the plug-in

Solution: To view live video, Open the camera webpage in Internet explorer and install the Plug-in when prompted.

Note: If IE is not available, the Menu can still be accessed to make any setting changes in other browsers.
