ConteraCMR | OS Mirror SSD replacement

Issue: 

• OS Mirror SSD failed

Environment:

• AV-CSHPXxxTR series (windows OS)

Procedure:

1. Before removing the SSD, Confirm the SSD serial number on the bad SSD that is being replaced in Windows. (Note: Write down the serial once located) 
2. Turn the power off on the recorder !!
3. Remove the top cover from the chassis.
4. The OS SSD should be located under the blue tray as seen in the diagram.
   
5. Match the serial number that was located in the window and Replace the bad SSD.
6. Ensure SATA connector secure and SSD tray lock, then place the cover back on chassis.  
7. Power the recorder on 
8. On bootup, the "Rapid Storage Technology" will appear. Diagram 3 
9. Confirm the SSD is highlighted and Select Enter and the rebuild will start. 
   
10. Press CTL+ATL+DEL and the recorder should reboot during the reboot continue to Tap the Delete key until the "Aptio Setup Utility" Menu appears.
11. Navigate to "Boot device Priority 1 and set "Windows boot manager" then save and exit
12. The Contera NVR  will boot to Windows.
13. Once login, Confirm "Rapid Storage Technology" current status is complete for the OS SSD rebuild located in the lower-left tray. 
14. Reboot Recorder and confirm window start automatically,
